Processing & Shipping Time:

• Most items: Shipped within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Tumblers (customized/personalized): Shipped within 0 - 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Hard to get items (e.g., Stanley Quencher H2.0): Some original tumblers are ordered when an order comes. This means its arrival is beyond our control and acts as an additional processing time.

Shipping Method:

• We primarily use USPS for our shipments.

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

International Shipping:

• We currently offer shipping to select international destinations only through Etsy store.
